Meat, Inc. Team is back again for Stagecoach 2012! By popular demand we will have Atomic Buffalo Turds, Pulled Pork Red Neck Tacos, Sliced Brisket, Ballast Point Beer Brats, SPAM Fries, and - of course - California State Champion Chicken - the same recipe we won it all with at Stagecoach 2011!
Can't wait to see you all there! You can find us under the bright yellow "Don't Tread On Me" Flag.

It's official. I'm not eating anything the week before SC so I can have everything you mentioned!

i think my digestive system failed just reading that sentence.
it might have a different opinion after beer number 11 though. bacon always goes good with beer and anything else.

Haha that's an awesome idea! Then performers can eat in between sets! Or I can see Blake Shelton eating a hot dog, during a set. He seems that laid back... :D

I wouldn't be suprised to see him have his own BBQ team that just doesn deer meat! Miranda could surely sell it..

Haha oh I bet. You ever wonder if artists want to roam around the grounds during the day? I'm guessing that is a naive thought, since their schedules are probably out of control. I know I'd love to chill during the day before performing. But I guess if the stars were walking around, people might go a little nuts.

they usually just hang out backstage and get drunk and/or mingle, schedules are usually far from crazy at festivals. that's why they sometimes don't have their best performances at places like this, spend all day in the heat partying, then 8 hours later remember they have a set to play...whoops!
watch this video for why i love dave grohl of foo fighters. went into the pit at a soundgarden show at the forum and jumped around with the fans for the whole set. he da man.

That's kinda how I imagined I would be if I was famous (hahah) I'd still want to enjoy something of that size and not just be there to work!

That video is great. And I totally understand wanting to be in the crowd at concerts. Theres a unspoken energy difference.

Don't worry guys - we will have 2 - 3 people serving up some great BBQ whenever we are open so you can grab some awesome chow and head off to the next show! The event maps are supposed to come out next week or so and I'll be sure to let you know where we'll be - you can always look for the bright yellow "Don't Tread On Me" flag - that's us!

Perfect weather for BBQ! I can't wait to get you guys fed! Come hungry and come often for the best BBQ at Stagecoach. Don't forget - we won 1st Place California State Championship chicken at Stagecoach last year!
This year we will have full size drumsticks - hot wing style, Asian inspired sesame pineapple style and.......? Come get some!
