:D FYI everyone-I sent an email to Stagecoach@customerservice asking about transfer of RV Passes/ GA tickets from someone else here is their answer:

The purchaser of the tickets can contact us to switch the order into your name and address so it ships to you in March. We can also send you a confirmation receipt to your e-mail after the change has been made.
