You might start to see some people selling them now with this email I just got.

Dear Stagecoach Guest,

Thank you for your recent purchase of an ADA RV Camping spot in Eldorado 1. To make your check in as smooth as possible, we wanted to let you know what will be required of ADA camping guests upon arrival to the campsite. To verify your ADA status we will require the following items at check in:
-ADA Placard or license plate
-DMV Registration corresponding to the placard/license plate
-Identification of the ADA Patron (matching the registration of the placard/plates)
– ADA patron must be in the vehicle at time of arrival
- All guests with RV must be wearing their festival wristbands

Please make sure everything is up to date and not expired. Without these items you WILL be turned away. Pursuant to California Vehicle Codes §42001.5, §§1825, 4461, 4463, 22511.5, 22511.6, 22511.55, and 22511.59, placard / plate abuse can result in cancellation or revocation and is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $250 and / or 6 month imprisonment in the county jail.

We thank you for your cooperation on this matter and helping us ensure these ADA spots are going to those that need them.

See you in April!

Hey SPKemo, I am impressed.. I thought it went unnoticed back at the ranch. It is truely a difficult situation. Legally, if a non ADA customer tries to use the pass, they can be in turned away and face violations.

But from what I have been told Front Gate was not clear about how the tickets in ED 1 were delineated. So now you are facing a "Good Faith" situation... where, for some, the purchase of these spaces were an honest mistake and now that customer is facing no place to camp. So unfortunately everyone looses... It sure takes the Wisdom of a Solomon to deal with this one. As much as I am in need of an ADA Pass I would hate to think it would be at the expense of an honest misunderstanding. :o Thank you for posting that letter.
