Anyone else notice that the tent camping is being done thru TictetMaster. Wonder why?

Probably because of all the hassle it was to get our tickets. At least we know TM can handle the demand
those lucky people using Ticketmaster will be "next in line" rather via lottery and they will save $10.00 shipping for being able to select will call.

This is too funny. Last year there were so many compalints about TM regarding charges and such, and now we want them back. I guess GV showed us huh? :eek:

I've got to say....I'm impressed. It sounds like they listened and it didn't take long to fix it.

I expect to pay fees and whatnot so ive grown to accept that. Ive never had any issues with the ability to buy tickets. ill take that service charges over last weeks fiasco. I was lucky enough to get tickets but nearly had a panic attack trying to do so lol

Totally agree^^^^!!! Them releasing more spots and making it TM for some reason takes the wind out of my sails when it comes to bein mad about what went down. Even though I don't need the tent camping spots, I'm glad more people will get in and hopefully that should kill it for the people charging $800 for car camping spots on eBay. I looked yesterday and my jaw nearly dropped!

Yeah that is the most satisfying part of the new camping spots. The dishonest people who were trying to make a profit just got scaa-ruu-ooed! Suck it scalpers.

400 spots will still leave a lot of demand out there, scalpers will be waiting.

Whenever you see those scalpers on Craigslist, you should flag them and make it difficult for them to sell them. The price gouging is what's really ridiculous.

I have been to three of the stagecoach festivals and have to say I was really dissapointed that this year i could not even get a car camping spot. My buddy and I were looking at camping about 7 miles away but I am hoping we can get one of the tent camping spots tomorrow. I have to say i'm glad they listened and are making an attempt to fix some of the oversights. Hopefully next year they will have larger RV areas and much more tent camping since there is such a high demand for both. Were all there to have some fun, drink some beer and listen to some great country music! 2012 Here we come!!

I think that's a great idea! Maybe if they get flagged enough, they will end up eating those tickets. hahaha

I like to call them pretending I'm buying and that I'm doing it in cash so they have to meet up. Then I allow my Doberman to practice his attack training on live bait ;)

OMG!! I've toyed with the idea of selling a ticket last year and making an extra $100 but to make an extra $3,000!!!!! That seriously is sad, and even sadder is people will pay this!

I agree, all of the scalpers should be flagged. It would be really nice to see them get stuck with the tickets instead of making such a big profit on a true fan.

That is the problem. supposedly "true" country fans just doing it "one" time for their "friends" but they dont think they are scalping. A lot of "country" fans are doing that. EVeryone should go post over and over again to that person who thinks its OK to scalp their spot for more money to pay for beer? really? Those are the problem people.

but theres some poeple who actually offer that much.
i had to miss stagecoach in '09 and was trying to get rid of my tickets and camping pass 2 days before the concert..i originally listed them on craigslist for face value and when i got all the emails people we offering me double if they were able to come pick them up right away.
