Who thought FrontGate was an improvement over Ticketmaster?!
Their system is near impossible to understand.
I was kicked off the order page while screen shows me 2 seats in P-1 just before comfirmation of the seats. So I end up permitted to only purchase seats in P-2 ....in row K. ROW K ISN"T EVEN IN THE SEATING CHART FOR P-2!
What's the recourse for bad computer company procedures?
People are on the screen for 45 minutes in the waiting room with no response to move forward so far.
Buying tickets has never been a 1/4 day time commitment with Ticketmaster.
Again, who thought this FrontGate was an improvement ticketing process?

That sounds horrible. I was terrified something like that would happen to me. I'm just glad I was planning on GA tickets or else I'd be upset if I were in your shoes as well.
I'm guessing there was no way for the Stagecoach team to predict how many would sign on at 10 and want tickets. Looks like they have a lot of glitches to work out for next year. I'm hoping the process will calm down after this weekend, when all the excited fans (us) have bought our tickets.
I'm sorry you had so much trouble :(

Ticketmaster seems to have figured it out. I finally got in after waiting for 50 minutes and I logged in at 9:58 and was placed in the waiting room. The GA tickets at that time were $211 each. No thanks...
They declined my card (which had the funds in the account!) and then prices went up before I had the chance to try again. :(

Melaine, sorry you had so much difficulty. I have to agree with you though, Front Gate just doesn't compare to Ticketmaster.
Didn't they use Front Gate for the 2 Coachella weekends? You'd think the people at Front Gate would have better prepared (waiting list improved? we think it sucks, can't imagine what Coachella folks thought!) Definitely doesn't seem fair the way the waiting list opened up before 10.
All in all, every year it's something that someone complains about but the festival itself turns out to be fantastic, wouldn't miss it. Hopefully next year's ticket selling company has got all the kinks worked out so us fans can buy tickets without all of this added stress!

I agree there are kinks every year, but I don't think it's ANYTHING compared to this year. The waiting room deal was ridiculous. Again, MANY people getting in when logging on after those who had been waiting an hour. I was still waiting at 11am.

ive been logged on in the waiting room on my laptop since 10am...im STILL in the waiting room. i was able to log on twice and get in on my ipad..do you have another device you try?

Ok, my friend got in, bought P2 and a RV site and now she has been able to get in again...while I have been in the waiting room since 10am... Not right!

My response after getting kicked off the order system when having the chance to buy an ED2 ticket, it didn't time out I was just booted back to the waiting room. I had my order number so I emailed them to ask about it, here's my response after I was told I'm shit out of luck.
I signed in about 2 minutes after 10. My husband signed in an hour and 1/2 later and was given the opportunity to buy a ticket before me. At that point I told him to forget it; I was so frustrated with the experience and time wasted. What an awful way to treat your fans!

God these stories are horrible!! It's almost ruining country music for me!
