E1 50 amp and and E1 no power

If I get an E1 50 amp spot and my son gets an E1 no power spot can we park next to each other? What does he need to get to arrive with me and park next to my E1 50 amp spot?

ED1 only sells power spots if I remember... correctly so if you want to park together arive together as it states on the website. :)

There are ADA spots in ED1 that do not have power.

It would have to be luck timing if they were filling the regular spots that are near the ADA spots but parking next to eachother wont be an option
