Scalpers already before public sale

Just went to Stubhub and I see two groups of tickets already up for sale (2 hours before public sale). One group of 8 and another of 5 (both say guaranteed together). How did people get their hands on those in those kinds of numbers??? Inside job?

They dont have them. Nothing is mailed until march. it is false advertising.

Probably a presale, or something like that. P1 and P2 were both sold out in about 20 minutes, so the scalpers definitely got ahold of plenty of tickets.
