Do the $149 general admission tickets usually sell out very quickly?? I have no way of purchasing until Friday evening and I'm afraid I'll miss out. What do you think my chances are?

they aren't tickets, they are passes. the price will only go up $20.

only thing that will sell out by the evening are the P-1 tickets and ED II
Here is what happened on ticket sales for 2010...
Copied and pasted
ED2 tickets SOLD OUT within the first day, $99 GA tickets SOLD OUT within 3 days and now tent camping tickets SOLD OUT within 10 days.
P.S. This year it is PASSES and not tickets. Not looking for the wrath of GPS (unless it's belt buckles) :D

You are correct. Fees are more PLUS no option for shipping or even will call. $10.00 EXTRA PERIOD. I get ticketmaster tickets via U.S. mail for FREE.

these are being shipped fedex only(it's the way coachella passes were done last year), i believe, hence the additional charge. and with no will call onsite, that option isn't really feasible.
