let me be first on the list for ED II rollcall. ha ha ha.. anyone notice that they raised the price on us EDII campers?:mad: 40% increase :eek::eek:and we are the only ones that got the priced raised!!!:confused::confused::confused: i say thats RACIST!!!:p:p:p lmao.... oh well... life goes on... and on... and on... we are all still Staying ED II...:D:D:D

Stagecoach here we come! We'll be there with jello shots and all. Price hike is lame but still better than driving to a hotel! It'll be one of our girls 40th bday while we're there...gonna be a big party!

You're forgetting the new ADDITIONAL 10% tax by the city of Indio for all camp sites. So technically ALL campsites are paying more, and technically ED II has gone up over 50% ($385 / $250 = 54% increase) :mad::mad::mad:

We will be in EDII this year! Moving over from EDI. The extra $400 for power doesnt seem worth it. Might even buy two spots for that price and build an ice skating rink in my extra spot since slip n slides are not welcome... Im just not sure yet.

No, the CONCERT is 3 days (instead of 2), and it's reflected by the 50% increase in the ticket passes. ED II was always 4 days (Thursday - Sunday), and it STILL is, so why jack up the price other than to nickel and dime us?

Just did the homework and 2 ga and 1 ED2 $700 after taxes and fees up from $500 past years but I would say the $200 is worth it when you look at who's playing. I'll be back this year and in ED2 like alwayse. :D
it doesn't matter what they charge... it is still the cheepest RV camp spot and the best party ever! hell it is the only way to go....

Sounds like you all had so much fun last year. This year will be the first I'm camping. Probably car camping though. From the sound of it, each site has different amenities? Was ED II the one with the dance floor last year? Me and my boots need to find that floor.

in ed 2 there are alot of places to dance i know by my trailer will be one im a dj on the side and i will be bringing my equipment:D
and you can't for get about the mobile dancing stage with a brass pole that is always in ED II also!!! GOOD TIMES!!!

Can't Wait!!! Definitly dont agree with the RV camping price hike, but what can you do.. As far as the ticket prices i would say they are fair.. At least this year they allow alcohol in plastic bottles so you dont have to sneak them in..

Not so fast on the "at least you don't have to sneak alcohol in". Have you seen how little they allow you to bring for 4 days? It won't last you until Saturday at best. You STILL have to sneak some in. Obviously, for safety reasons, DO NOT bring anything that has glass. That's just a no-brainer.

It's for the campground. You can not bring outside drinks into the festival.
SC rule #109 catch a buzz in the campground before you walk in... use the $9 beers to maintain that buzz!

Well, there IS an unwritten rule about having too much alcohol in the concert grounds... you don't want to drink so much that you can't remember any of the performances the next day (it's happened to someone I know).
ha ha ha it happened to me last year... don't even remember Underwood singing last year! but i have photos so i know i was there!!!

And, can u buy an ED2 ticket and use the spot just for tents. We have 15+ ppl and can't fit into one spot and don't want to have to deal with buying many different tent spots if we don't have too.

Thanks for the info on alc amounts. Damn. I'm going to need to withdrawl hundreds of dollars for beer and alc. I don't remember there being a wells fargo on site.

no you can not buy an ed2 and only put tents in it you must put an RV in your space you can add tents but there must be an RV in the space.

As long as you're not an asshole to them they tend to not be an asshole with you... keep in mind that they deal with thousands of people with the same questions same arguments and same complaints....
leave the allotted bottles in the open and hide the rest! as soon as you get to your spot bring it all out... last year we ran out of beer sunday night so this year i'll make sure i have twice as much!

ELD II again this year with the LB sons and daughters of a different mother and father. We have been going for 3 years and the kids for four. So glad the kid got through the waiting room but yes stressful. Looking forward to the party again and let the games begin.

Yeah it is well my groups trying to find a solution..
make sure you get complete measuremetns... with trailer toung and hitch... it will extend past the 50ft of your spot... also... i have never seen anyone with an RV and a Trailer in the same spot. i would check on that too

I know this is the best place to camp for stagecoach, and I was hoping that someone may have extra room at there RV spot and could fit a tent. I am coming in a group of four we are between the ages of 20-22 and we would only need room for 1 tent. We all have our tickets, love to party and are looking to have a good time. The only issue is we cant afford the ridiculous hotel fees so we have no where to stay :( We are more than willing to pay whatever you think is fair as well as pitch in for alcohol.
