Ticket Issue

O.k. so here is our delima, can anyone offer any solutions.
Daughter and boyfriend purchased P2 tickets and a tent camping ticket from ticketmaster.
They had not recieved either of these as of Monday. They live in the Sacramento area, she is now down here for the week while the boyfriend is still up north until Friday. He contacted Ticketmaster and was able to print their P2 tickets but they are telling him that he can't print the camping ticket. He said that he will have to get camping ticket from will call. Here is the problem, we are heading down to camp on Thursday, he is not here until Friday afternoon, will she be able to pick up the camping ticket from will call without him with her since he is the one who purchased the ticket?

for will call you need the credit card you used along with a valid photo i.d.

Only thing I could possibly think of is to BEG ticketmaster to put the camping ticket in her name at will so she can pick it up???

So Rose, if it is put in her name do you think she will need his credit card? That would be a problem since he is 9 hours away.

Since it is already all paid for...maybe you can BEG Ticketmaster to put it under one of her credit cards??? I don't know. I wish I could really help.

he could try calling the will call cause when i leave a ticket there for a friend i just ask them to hold it for that person and they dont have a problem with it as long as i have proof of me buying it

just get a copy of the credit card used for purchase, a copy of the ID and a note written to release the camping ticket to you. shouldnt be an issue.
