View Full Version : Has anyone else NOT received their tickets yet?

I purchased my two tickets on the layaway plan. The only thing i have received was the printout saying that my order had been processed and my first payment had been accepted (at the time i received the email, my second and last payment had been pending). I have not received anything saying that my tickets were being shipped or ANYTHING.

it is very possible that i opted to have my tickets held for me at Will Call, seeing as how last year i forgot my Sunday ticket at home and had to buy a 2nd Sunday ticket on the spot at the door, but the thing is that i don't even remember whether or not i chose the Will Call option for THIS year, so i don't know where my tickets are and it's getting closer and closer to Stagecoach....

does anyone know the telephone number to call and check on this? (i'd search the forums myself but the thing is i have to be at work in 1/2 an hour and i don't have internet access there)

oh and i did email the people in charge of this but they have not replied (and this was last week or so that i emailed)

I got my ticket (notice not a plural) last week via UPS - only one ticket - does that mean we get wristbands for the whole weekend or keep the ticket for both days???

Tickets will be swapped for wristbands. That's the last I heard.

Tickets are at home, but seem to remember it says right on the tix that they will be swapped for wristbands at event

call Front Gate 888-512-7469. They are the company that sent out the tickets, they might be able to tell ya something.

i did call front gate tickets to find out what was up. They told me that the reason i did not receive my tickets was because the last half of my layaway plan payment did not go through.........my last payment was March 1st of this year, if that did not go through, i wonder why they didn't try to contact me to let me know or anything. I did not get an email from them, nada.

so anyway, i made my last payment over the phone today and my tickets will be at Will Call since it's too soon to showtime to ship them to my house.....

you need to contact who you bought tickets through. You had 2 choices.

1. ticketmaster
2. laYAWAY. (frontgate)

gv offices do not sell tickets, they promote concerts. please contact who you bought tickets through. the stagecoach website links correctly from the buy tickets page.

ditto raquellita. since there are only weekend passes this year, we get a wrist band for entrance to sunday. sounds like a plan just waiting to go wrong but thats the deal this year!

I highly recommend you print every payment from layaway confirmations as well as this last payment over the phone or the confirmation number they gave you and take all this with you to the event.

same thing happened to me... have to get our camping and GA tickets at will call...kinda sucks
