View Full Version : VIP Concession Area?
Will the VIP concsession be the same location as 2010? (i.e. off to the right side if you're facing the stage). Will it be more space than 2010?

Let's cross our fingers it will be back under the pointy tents to the left of the mane stage---shade and couches with tables for the pricy cost of VIP seats.
Looks like from the maps that the set-up will be the same as 2010 for stage placement etc... VIP was not so VIP last year.

They have not updated the map this year from last years yet.
If you look at coachella's map the VIP area was put under the pointy tents this year. I know the BBQ competiton will be up towards the front entrance this year.
Haileydee, I could not agree more!!! That's the best VIP setup period. Rose you're totally right - last year's VIP was not so VIP at all. It was small, cramped, beer lines blocked walkways because of that, and you couldn't see the stage.
I totally get why they moved the stage to a caddy-corner positioning to get more real estate available for chairs.... but bad VIP was a sad side-effect. After my post, I went digging around and I saw that 2011 Coachella map - PLEASE OH PLEASE let that be the case for Stagecoach. You gotta figure if they can fit the masses of Coachella with that setup, it should work for us too??? My fingers are crossed for sure.

I could not agree more with Haileydee and Abra. When they had the VIP under the tents with couches, tables, misters and so many food choices. Lots of bars for shorter alcohol lines, and plenty of toilets. Loved when they "added" another VIP location just right of the mane stage and the one year they had a VIP location next to the Palamino Stage with covered benches and a bar.

Impressive! Anyone know what the VIP wristbands look like this year? I'm trying to figure out if the bracelets I have are for VIP or not. We won some bracelets with our GA tickets. Curious what they get us. Anyone have theirs yet?
