Best directions from Los Angeles to Stagecoach?

Hey everyone,

Was just wondering what you thought would be the best route to take from Los Angeles? I know the two options from Downtown, where I will be leaving from, are the 10 and the 60 to the 10. Does anyone know which would be better to take on a Friday afternoon? I know traffic will be bad regardless but does either one have a CarPool lane? Or does one or the other have not as much construction or lane closures? Anyone that went to Coachella recently that might know your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i travel from indio to norco at leats once a month of friday nights as i am this friday i suggest just staying on the 10 as much as possible i can let you know if i see anything that would say about closed lanes coming up when i go but friday night the 60 going to the LA area i always get stuck in traffic but you would be comming in the opposite direction so might not be too bad but fridays i dont notice too much on the 10 except ontario airport and banning area ive noticed back ups there quite often but more of just slow down to a 20mph zone ... hope some of that helps but if i see any signs that says it will be closed or something ill let yall know

I agree for the most part with Travis. I live in Norco and travel to AZ on Fridays now and then. I would take the 10 or the 60 from L.A. But if you take the 60 be sure to take the 15 or the 215 North and get on the 10 the rest of the way. If you stay on the 60 West past the 215 I promise you will regret it. The 60 turns into 2 lanes through Moreno Valley and through the mountain pass and will be really slow (I've made that mistake once). Good luck.

an alternate route is taking the 210 which almost never has traffic! and then taking the 215 to the 10.

I would take the 210 east. Just stay on that, eventually it curves south and meets up with the 10fwy. Take the 10 east all the way to stagecoach.

this way is probably a little better than the 10fwy, and a heck of a lot better than the 60

idk if tonight was preview of next week if the big 4 concert has anything to do but there was alot of traffic on the 10 tonight and no major construction.

Yeah I'd agree on the 210 also - I take it from the san bernardino area to hit the 5 to go up north and the traffic is so much less then the 10 or 60......and now with it all finished and totally one freeway to the 10/Indio - would be your best bet!!! Goes out and about a bit but worth it!
