ALBERT'S RV HAS 5 TRAILERS AS OF NOW...

I know this is not a "ticket" but I feel so bad I have to try anything I can to help. My fiance and I are planning to get married AT stagecoach in EDII. We purchased 10 RV spots on different accounts for each of our families that are coming out. 6 tickets were hard tickets MAILED to us and 4 I needed to print...

SIX of our tickets were cancelled by ticketmaster with NO notification what-so-ever given to us-- because they were on my dad's CC and are considered "duplicates".

I just called albert's RV and cancelled 5 of the 8 trailers we ordered which hoses them as it will be hard to rent at this point... sure my wedding is a big steamy pile now, but I feel bad for them as well.

Anyone interested please call them. They have 27' NICE trailers that they deliver for you and pick up. All you have to do is show up and party.

Oh my gosh, how awful!!!!! Ticketmaster won't make an exception because of your wedding? Or let you pay with other cards? Or did they release the other tickets? This is so awful, i'm so sorry!! try to focus on you and the love for your fiance and nothing else if you can.

There is nothing ticketmaster CAN do. The tickets were cancelled and the money refunded (but my dad didn't look at that statement). The tickets are sold out so it isn't like there are any left for them to give us.

The reality is that we violated the fine print appearantly and they didn't. our bad. If they had DECLINED it I would have used a different card! If they had told us IN ANY WAY i could have purchased more spots from the market MONTHS ago... *%$! ticketmaster. How do you cancel hard tickets and NOT even bother telling the buyer?!

I honestly don't know exactly. I was just told that you can not put tents up in my RV spaces which I have to verify... that would me disaster.

We have about 30 people camping and now have 4 spots only. need to do some looking.

I thought you could have a tent on the space as long as there is an RV there too. But you also have to stay within your spot and not creep over into the next persons spot. Maybe that is wrong but I thought that was why people were offering tent campers to stay on their spot.

who told you you can't put tents up in the rv area? they have let us every year before.... last few years i rented spots out to people looking for camping... they put tents up and no problems

so i found this on the visitors info camping page...
* All RV spots require an RV to be in the spot. Yes you can put tents and anything else in your spot next to your RV if it fits and it's not against the rules.

so yes tents are allowed... no worries...

This is such a bummer for Albert. He is just a small business that went out of his way to build his business by renting and delivering RV's to Stagecoach. (now others have started doing it) But to reserve almost his whole fleet months ago, meant many people changed their plans and could not do the RV option for the weekend. It will be almost impossible for him to rent the units you cancelled at this late date because they will not find a camping pass .
Having rented from Albert preiously, I am sure this will be a financial blow to him.
If this problem is with ticketmaster, I'm just wondering why you weren't notified immediately that a problem exsisted with the order. However if there is a policy with TM that there is a limit to how many RV spots can be purchased, then there should have been numoerous people buying these tickets from the beginning. I have been dinged by TM when I ordered 6 tickets when it clearly said 4 ticket max.

Sorry your plans changed, but many people lose here.

so why not try to pick up some more ED II campspots? there are still some out there floating around... check the facebook and what not... do you want us to help you find some? if so waht are your price range? i payed 700 for mine... but now they are popping up cheeeeeeper... if you find some edII campspots you can still rent the rv from albert... and it's a win win situation!
