Layaway Tickets

Anyone get their layaway tickets?? Receipt says they were going to be shipped April 1st via UPS with 2 day shipping that we were charged $12.00 for? Im keeping a close eye out for my groups!! :)

Thanks Countrygurl! I emailed them asking if they have been sent yet. I just read on the same receipt that we are suppose to get an email when they are shipped, which i havent so im guessing they just havent sent them yet.

I called them they told me they have not been shipped yet we will get an email from UPS when they are and we should have them by the end of the week.

Got an email last night saying they will begin shipping today! As long as they are here before the 28th im happy! 3 more weeks!! :D

Havent gotten mine either and now that you mention it, I havent received an email with the tracking number either. Email says it may take a few days to fulfill and when our order actually ships well get the tracking number. Im sure theyll be shipped this week.... I hope anyway. haha.

i would be in the same boat as the rest of you......... just the standerd email stating that they are preparing to ship.

Seems like they are waiting later and later to ship out as in the previous years, we usually had them in hand the very beginning of the month. Oh well, at least i know that we will get ares but seriously, we have 2 weeks and 2 days till my arrival at the polo grounds

Make sure and keep those e-mails. In an emergency that you don't receive your tickets you can will call them with a printout of that e-mail. A last minute ticketmaster snafu I had to will call mine SC07. Man was I freaking out.

Has anyone else NOT received an email???? My friends got the same one you all did but I didnt get anything...just wondering if maybe mine just arent sent yet...All im being sent is my groups camping ticket. We already have our festival tickets...maybe thats why???

Check your 'Junk' mail just in case. They are sent from 'UPS Quantum View'. I was expecting to get an e-mail from GoldenVoice so I actually didn't recognize it at first.

Thanks Raquellita!! I had not thought about that but I did check and i have not received it. I emailed them again asking if they are sending them in maybe in sections. I know theres 2 weeks left but Im getting a little anxious!! :confused:

ok...... less then 2 weeks to go and i have yet to recieve the UPS email about delivery. All i got is the email from last week saying they are preparing them....

Getting a little nervous and anxious all at the same time! My wife and I have spent to much money not to have our tickets in hand......

I emailed again and received a response. (cant copy paste because my work email doesnt let me open personal email) basically some shipments went out this week some will be going out early next week. It ended with assuring me i will get my tickets on time. They have responded very quickly to my emails so I do believe we will all receive them before we head out! Crossing my fingers anyway! :)

I called the Layaway people and they did say camping tickets are coming seperate from GA tickets....Wow scary!! Atleast they could have send an email to tell us that.

Same here........ got our tickets but yet still waiting on the camping. Crazy thing is, we never got a email from ups with a tracking number, they just arrived out of the blue. All in all, i have a have a sy of relief.

Hi Val, They may not send an email. I did not get an email about delivery, and my ticket arrived Friday via ups. My daughter did get an email regarding delivery, and she did not receive hers yet. go figure.

I just got a UPS shipment notification just like the one for my tickets. I'm pretty sure it's for the camping pass and companion parking pass.

I also received email from UPS FINALLY!! Mines shows 2 packages...camping and companion pass im assuming since i already have my festival tickets. Now just need to get them in my hand and i will be happy! :)

I just receive one also but unfortunately still has the same incorrect address as my tickets did (which are sitting at UPS still). You think calling Front Gate and changing the shipping address would have changed it in their system, guess not.

Hopefully I can get this straightend out.

Thanks Raquellita! I went down to UPS today and got my tickets instead of waiting for them to be delivered (I didn't want to take any chances). Now its just a waiting game to see what happens with my camping ticket.

The camping pass should come approx. 2 days after your regurlar tickets.
