DOES ANY ONE KNOW OF ANY OVER NIGHT PARKING SPOTS FOR THOSE OF US WHO DIDN'T GET COMPANION PARKING FOR THE WEEKEND?

to my knowledge all walmarts offer overnight parking/ camping for free... maybe google a near by walmart and give them a call to see.... it maybe a few miles away but hell drop it off and take a taxi... it should be safe because they do have those security guards always driving around day and night... and if you didn't get onsite camping you can do the same thing just take a $20 taxi ride back and forth for the concert...

Additional information found on the Coachella website is that there is a 24 hour fitness 5 miles away from walmart... some said they were staying at walmart and going to 24hourfitness for the morning showers...

but the best thing to do is make friends at the concert... go back to the campground to party with them and just ask if you can crash there... Last year i went with a group of 4 and sunday morning we had 9 people camping with us!
The city of La Quinta has outlawed overnight parking at the Walmart
The sign was posted a few months back
is the second closest walmart... it is 15.7 miles away...

there are near by truck stops that have showers too. I would think parking there is ok, truckers do it. (on directions/travel page)

Wow, really getting hard to attend this if your a RVer, or a Camper... why would they limit these parking passes, alot of money to be made.... i would think . im one of the lucky ones.. but i know ALOT ALOT ALOT of people that are not so lucky.

There is not unlimited spots. There needs to be spots for regular people attending that are not camping (day parking lots). Not everyone who attends camps. This is the first year that all camping has sold out so more people are going to be there, more people trying to squeeze in with friends camping, etc.
