BBQ tasting

[Rooftop Barbeque]

Ok im going to leave it up to you the tasters on what we should sample at stagecoach.The choices are as follows;
1. Tri-Tip
2. Pig candy ( sweet and spicy bacon)
3. Burnt ends
4. ABTs (jalapenos filled with a cream cheese chorizo mixture wrapped in bacon)
5. Mango habanero Wings
6. Ribs
7. pulled pork
8. smoked sausage

I'm bringing my own pig candy and pulled pork so I vote ABT's. I like the thought of chorizo in it opossed to a lil' smokie.

Sunday there will be Chicken Ribs Pork and Brisket because that is the KCBS contest day
Saturday is the Best Booth and Show Day plus the Best Saturday BBQ
That is when we will see the really creative stuff

All the meat sounds so good! Can't wait!

You know we will be taking our group picture in the BBQ area - 3rd year. We've had fuzzy bunnies in our pics, bales of hay, we need to add a something this year, too!

ALSO-
of all the locations in the festival, the BBQ area is where we need handwashing stations.
do you guys have any pull in getting one set up?
