Hey has anyone heard about this VIP contest that costco is holding? its supposedly like you get a free VIP access for two people or something cause she's having a new tour for her new album.

for people interested in Taylor, that link is legit. spam doesnt always mean its a virus, it means someone posting the same thing over and over again, usually not appropriately. I know there are taylor fans here so I will let this thread stay.
I didn't post this because I know there are sooooo many Taylor haters here. I texted my friends with Kids to go cause it's FREE but then discovered that you must be 18 or over.

Isn't that the thing Kfrog did, she played/did interviews in NY then a lucky kfrog fan followed her around to them, then flew back with her to LA to do the interviews here?

wait, I re-read the rules. Sorry. Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to see a live concert performance by Taylor Swift prior to September 30th, 2011, on a date and at a location to be determined solely by Sponsor dependent upon final tour schedule.
Well for a taylor lover, that would be a dream come true...i guess

I actually paid to see her on her last tour and surprisingly she put on a great show. I didn't have high hopes but I was pleasantly surprised.

i would have to take my daughter, for sure. 4 years old and sings along to pretty much every song on her last album. after having to listen to it so much i will timidly admit that i sometimes duet with her...until she says "daddy, please stop singing!"
actually, i may end up paying for a couple seats on this upcoming tour so i can take her. thinking of even bringing her out for a few hours of coachella next year :) we'll look for you, cg, so she can give you a high five and you can both talk about your love of cats.
brought my niece backstage at stagecoach the year she performed and she actually got to meet her, i was the coolest uncle for quite awhile there.

I usually like Taylor in concert. But at CMA Fest 2010 or 2009 (don't remember) she put on the most horrid, melodramatic performance I've ever seen. It was horrible. I would die if I had to sit through a full concert of that crap.
That being said, if she came to L.A. and tickets were reasonable I'd go. I just got her new album and compared the some of the other albums I've bought recently it's rather good on the first couple of non-critical go arounds.

Yeah I think I like this cd the best of hers. She always sounds so bad on awards shows that I was thinking she would be awful in concert. I was proved wrong....THIS time!

Did you hear/see her on Dancing with the Stars last night...it was HORRIBLE. They are talking about it on channel 5 how flat she was and that she just can't seem to perform live. I keep hoping she will grow into her voice and will sound better..

Exactly, she does an awful job at live performances....so I'm not sure why she actually sounded good at the concert. It's bizarre!

I must say that she is an amazing songwriter, I even find myself getting her songs stuck in my head and I'm not a huge fan of Taylor. She sure is laughing alllllllll the way to the bank... Good for her! =) She has done a lot for Country with the crossover fans... Not a big fan, but gotta give her respect.. .=)

heyyy so there's a free taylor swift concert giveaway for 2 people...they hookin it up with 2 nights in a hotel too and paid airlines and a meet n greet...

completely agree. I went to see Taylor on her "Fearless" tour in concert in Cheyenne, WY. (i was already there visiting my cousin) We got standing room only tickets which ended up being right in front of the stage and i ended up standing, like, 3 rows of people back from the stage. It was an amazing show from start to finish!
i also ended up getting tickets to see her when she came a little closer to my home (Los Angeles, CA.) on the 2nd leg of her "Fearless" tour. This time i was in the nosebleed section, but after having had the experience of being so close before, i was fine with nosebleed. It was actually neat to get to see the same show from a different audience perspective!!
she has a couple of Los Angeles dates on the "Speak Now" tour and if i had the money, i would DEFINITELY go, but money is really REALLY tight right now so i'm trying like crazy to win tickets any way i can......
