Country Fest East in San Diego is back and ready for for some SO CALI peeps to come by!

KSON-FM (San Diego's country station) is selling tickets to CFE for only 10 dollars!!! The line up is, Luke Bryan, Rodney Atkins, and New Guy Frankie Ballard! All ages are welcome to come and enjoy the fun. The venue is at Viejas. You may buy tickets online or at the gift shop at Viejas. The date is OCT 23rd. Gates open at 5pm and starts at 6pm. I will be working the event so if you have any questions, I am your man to help answer/solve them. We will have food and beverages including beer for sale! The seating is General Admission, so if you can arrive early you can be up front by the stage!

You will love the casino and the grounds. It is a VERY nice venue for concerts too. I wonder if they will do it outside or in the inside theater.

Everyone, I am SO THRILLED to see that you are coming. The ones that are considering coming, you absolutely should come. It is going to a blast like always! Making a weekend of it is a great idea. San Diego has a lot to offer such as InCahoots Western Saloon, Charger Sunday, Casinos, Waterpark in Chula Vista if you are willing to go that far :), Balboa Park, the Zoo, Sea World and not to mention DOWNTOWN! Since it is October there are some haunted houses downtown and such like that, well worth it to check out! Any questions about CFE please feel free to PM me. I know all and hear all :)

Isn't this being billed as a "picnic"? The radio station seems to be promoting it that way....which makes me think it's going to be outside...

Also, you can buy the tickets at the station, at the storefront in the mall (Parkway Plaza) and at InCahoots (country bar) with no service fee.

For those of you coming from out of town, Viejas has a huge OUTLET MALL that is right across from the casino....

If anyone wants tickets, I can probably get them....unless they sell out soon :(

Ok, so who all is going? What type of venue is this? I get that's it's GA, but is it just one big lot/field and you bring a chair like SC?

My last check was so small from taking time off of work that I either have to wait until the day before the show, or hope my coworker can get the tickets for us.

its actually the lower west parking lot. it's paved and it's actually nice...because the entire lot is lined by big green trees and grass...so it's sexier than just a parking lot. its standing mostly, with two big sets of bleachers~~no chairs allowed but blankets are ok.

Oh, I've definitely been worse off, but that was by far the most I've ever had to drink on a work night! I was just telling a friend how I spent less on alcohol an entire weekend in Vegas than I did last night.
