James is playing at Joe's Bar & Grill in Burbank. Rose, mom, & I saw him there a while back and it's a fun venue. you get a close up show and James is GREAT. Mom said we're for sure going to this and wanted me to post it here in case anyone wants to join in the fun! come on...don't miss out!:D

awesome, will do! mom also said if anyone needs a place to crash for the night, we have more than enough room and live pretty close to the venue.

I'll be in Vegas as well for FF. But enjoy the taste ladies! Oh, and the music too! :)
We had a front row table and got in for free because we were early. Very good music and a really nice guy. He took pictures with us and autographed my SC ticket and my SC program. Really fun watching all the rockabilly dancers that follow James Intveld around. Peach kama kazi's were good too!!!

I guess I should retract my post regarding the 'taste' LOL The pictures I saw online looked totally different.
However, same as you Karrena, I'm going just to hangout with some cool people and enjoy some good music.

you are too funny! yea James is a little worn and torn but he puts on an amazing show and half the fun is watching all the rockabilly dancers like rose said.

Well...dangit! I was watching the CMA Fest last night and while watching Carrie Underwood, I realized that I have tix to her show on Oct 2nd. Uh, duh! LOL, so I won't be able to make it to see you guys. I'm BUMMED! I totally wish I could do both :(

I ended up going but didn't see any SCMB peeps. :( It was a fun night! He had special guests from other bands come up and play during the last hour. Nick13 sang a few songs, Miguel from The Vaquetones sang a song and Ronnie Mack sang a few. Management actually turned the lights out @ 2 a.m. trying to end the show! Great fun!!!:D

I missed the fun....I woke up sick on Saturday morning and to boot, I had fallen (over a speeding stroller) the night before at the fair and scraped myself up pretty good. Not a good Saturday for me.

we ended up drinking at the restaurant for awhile then met up with friends and ended up in malibu. it was a fun unexpected night. nothing too crazy but we got to see some old friends, have some good drinks, and great laughs :)
