Ryan Bingham ~ Free Summer Concert 7/29!!!

This Thursday Ryan Bingham will be doing a free summer concert @ the Levitt Pavilion in Pasadena (8 p.m.)!!!!
For those who aren't familiar with his music, he's more of a Roots/Rock/Americana artist ~ best known for his song "The Weary Kind" from the movie Crazy Heart, which he won both a Golden Globe and an Oscar for "best original song"!
Anyway, I'm a big Ryan fan & just wanted to spread the word!!;)

Ugh, that would be fun, I was sad to miss him at Country Throwdown, but I have to wake up at the ass crack of dawn for camping, plus my leg still really hurts. Have fun.

Ryan Bingham & The Dead Horses will be @ The Grammy Museum this Wed., Sept. 1 discussing their career & the recording of their 3rd album Junky Star. They will have a Q & A from the audience and perform songs from the new album and sign autographs. Saw Dwight Yoakam here last year ~ very cool intimate setting!!:cool:

OK, so it's obvious I'm a HUGE Ryan fan (can't believe I missed him @ Stagecoach-'08). He just won BOTH "Artist of the Year" AND "Song of the Year" @ The Americana Music Awards @ The Ryman last week! I LOVE NASHVILLE!!! Can't wait to go back!!:)
