been watching the new season. Thom should love this. Now that bbq is becoming so popular they keep opening new places out here near the beach. The ones I tried taste like they were cooked in a broiler and had sauce poured on em. They all charge like $15 for 3 ribs and a side and the sauce is weak too. I'll keep making the 10 minute drive east to jay bees for the good stuff. It's owned by Jim Neeleys(interstate bbq) sister Beverly and uses the same recipes. Awesome pulled pork sandwiches and mac n cheese.
