This is my Mom's first year going and I haven't been for a few years. My question is..... Are you allowed to bring a wagon? She wants it to pull the chairs and blankets in.

I don't think so. Can you imagine if EVERYONE wanted to pull a wagon into the venue? You can have wagons in the campgrounds though.
