Country Dancin?

Just seeing if anyone knows of anyplace in and around Indio/Palm Springs to get some country dacin in Friday night before the festival? If not you can bet there will be some two-steppin going on in ED1! :cool:

again at jackalope ranch on highway 111, right across from shields date garden ... so depending on which way your comming , if you come in on jefferson it will be on your left hand side, if your comming from monroe its on your right hand side

that was jackalope that had the fire, and yea its been reopened for along time now it seems not as long as it took em to build it it seems.

welcome, but every time i have been there (except easter sunday ) they had country dancing and usually a live performer... well 2 times once we had a private room so i never went past the waterfall in the front so idk if they were dancing or not that night.... im sure they were though

sounds fun..now it seems there are a group of us going to "Jacks" on Friday night. i've never been there, but others have. So its a boots and hat kind of place??

yea i go all the time boots, hats, t-shirt if i feel like it, jeans. but regular shoes work too or no hat if you want

Yeah Lizzy you are right, Neils was more of a tavern/country bar kinda place.
Jackelope is more glitzy kinda.

I'm looking forward to Friday at Jackalope, maybe after my husband remembers how much fun stagecoach and the pre parties are he'll give in and want to go to stagecoach. I already told him I would go alone this year....
