Goldenvoice took my $$ but never gave me tickets

I have spent literally hours on the phone this morning trying to get the tickets I purchased on the presale back in Oct 2009. First there is no valid number for goldenvoice ... the number on the charge i made back on oct 13 2009 goes to a voicemail which is never returned ... i have emailed goldenvoice no response ... i have called and talked to ticketmaster who said goldenvoice never passed the purchase on to them so I have no tickets ... aeglive transferred me to a voice mail and no response from them either ... I am now in the process of bidding on on ebay for vip tickets ( which i had purchased back in 10-13 ) and I have to file a claim to get back the money that was, for a better word, stolen from me. The one customer service rep at Ticketmaster said it right when he said these guys are scandalous... I have purchased tickets every year to this event since it started this is truly appalling and my sister is so stressed we wont win the ebay auction she is practically in tears ... shame on you Goldenvoice

Wouldn't that be a Ticketmaster issue since the orders are done through them??? Ticketmaster are the scandouls ones.

my purchase was 3 days before ticketmaster presale thru the goldenvoice portal for tickets and sale etc ... the charge on my statement says goldenvoice and ticketmaster says goldenvoice never gave them the order to process

if your CC has been charged...its Ticketmasters doing! they are the ones at fault not goldenvoice. Ticketmaster did this to me and I fought it for 3 weeks straight and finally the upgraded my tickets to VIP for me and gave me my money back

I had major problems the first year but it was Ticketmaster that was at fault and was able to will call my tickets at the very last moment. Try going through your credit card company. If it's Am. Ex, they are hound dogs. Any credit card can do a charge back (especially without a purchase signature) even if you have already paid them in full. I'm sure you just want your tickets that you have already paid for. Don't give up and keep trying every avenue. I'm sure their are others out there with phone numbers that can help guide you. I have called credit card company ( visa) and continue to hope they ( goldenvoice ) will respond to my emails or voicemails ... ticketmaster says there is nothing in their system so they can not do a thing ... My credit card company wants me to file a claim which will take 10days minimum to 90days clearly I should have called sooner but I assumed the tickets would arrive here as they have in all prior years ... goldenvoice per se doesnt exist and is a part of aeg now ... aeg is like ticketmaster in many respects with venues and concerts all over the country ... very much like dealing with the dmv you get no where fast ... my only real hope is ebay but it may cost me far more for the vip seats i had already paid for

Just to update what happened goldenvoice finally called ( one of my messages got thru yeah ! ) they tried to say I didnt buy tickets this year I read them the charge info and reference number from Oct 13th ... they tried to tell me that was for last year ... I said what kind of outfit lets me pay for tickets 6 months after the event rather than before it ... I was put on hold ... about 5 minutes later I was told tickets would be at will call... They couldn't say where the seats were etc just that they were VIP and would be there ... well they were picked up today and they made amends with an upgrade to Sec 2 row A

I got an upgrade from goldenvoice today at the will call ... all is well since they told me before ebay auction ended I was able to cancel that bid etc
