On a golf course w/ pool and a view

House on a golf course with a pool in Bermuda Dunes. Too far to walk, about a 10-15 minute drive without traffic. I may be able to drive, might be working at the festival. Offering the mostly empty living room and dining room area. Sleep indoors, no line for the shower. Make an offer, not looking for hotel prices.

$35, thats my budget for now, i live about an hour an a half from indio, was thinking about commuting both days, but if affordable, ill be able to stay out there.
