ya i think thier pretty strict..
last year thier was id booths where you had to show your id to get your wristband.. and they put it on me...
and my friend who was older didnt want to wait in line.. but when she went to get alcohol.. they said she needed a band..
so maybe it depends how old you look...lol

They are very strict...last year my friend lost her ID on day one and I was buying drinks for her on day 2 and there was a security guy that came up and took her drink away cuz she didnt have a wristband on....I even got a wristband then took it off and gave it to her and went and got another one and they caught us and ripped it of her wrist! I'm sure there r gonna be way more people this year so it might not be as strict.

wow you guys must not have been slick! lol i used to do this all the time at just about every venue in LA and at stagecoach last year...never had a problem. of course this year i am FINALLY 21 so i don't have to worry about it. :)

There will be polce walking around too and if you have an ahlcohol beverage in your hand and no wristband no matter how old you are they will make you pour it out,,, Just get checked once.. get your band and you dont have to do it again!!!

Two years ago in the vip bar we had a couple of girls from sacramento hanging out with our group and undercover cops asked them for their id's even though they had wristbands on. These girls were really tipsy and it took them a good 5 minutes to find their id's in their backpack and the two cops were pissed for having to wait and they thought they were going to bust minors drinking. Everyone needs an id to get a wristband even if you are 60. I would keep my id on me the whole weekend, don't leave it in your rv or tent after getting your wristband.
P.s. Tmz.com had a pic of Paris hilton being carded at Coachella this year. So I would say it is strict this year too.
