I'm normally a tent camper and am borrowing a friends RV this weekend and staying in EII. Friend just happens to be out of town and it didnt occur that I ask her if she had a generator....So, is this something I can rent if she doesn't have one? We are just bringing a small toyhauler. Any advice for a first timer ?

You can easily rent them for the weekend. Try an online search. (hertz, sunbelt, united, etc.) Just make sure you get the right size gen for what you wanna do. If you wanna run the AC, you will need at least a 3500watt gen. If you just wanna run the lights, and micro, and small stuff, you will only need a 2000, or even a 1000 watt. Also make sure you have an adapter that will work from the rv male end (30amp, big three prong) to the gen female end (usually a 15-20amp, looks like a regular house outlet) If you dont have this your focked. Good luck!
