I have a couple of vacant apartments im renting out for Stage Coach. The first complex is right across the street from the festival located on 82109 Ave 50. I have one fully furnished 3BR and a couple of two bedroom one bath. They have all been recently painted and some have new carpet and tile. Im asking $700 Thursday-Monday with up too 8 people.
The other complex is Located at 81162 Fred Waring Dr in Indio .These units are really nice. The only thing is I'm not trying to disturb any of the current tenants so if you want to be loud and party and be right next to the concert the other apartments are better. These apartments are 1000 square feet 2br 2 bth. They all have working air conditioning,stoves and either new or just cleaned carpet.The price on these is 650 with a maximum of 4 people everyone has to be over 21.
