Thursday 6:00 pm????

Has this been the case in the past? ive never went on on a thursday?
pls advise if this is standard lingo or i think they used to let the campers in earlier, due to police or something? i wanted to be settled and enjoying a drinkie treat by 2:00! Damn!

It's always been that way as far as I know. I've seen that each year. Now, what they actually do is a different story. I've tent camped in the past, so this will be my first excursion into the rv lots so I can't say.

I don't know about settled and drinking by 2:00, but they may very well let folks in earlier than 6:00 if too many of them show up and it's creating traffic/safety issues to have a long line of RVs or something....

well that is what i have always heard also, but i am hoping they are a little more understanding some of us want to get our yeee haawww on... LOL thank you for the information...

In years past, 6:00pm has always been the set time the gates would open.... However, last year our RV was delivered and they had the gates open at 12:00pm! We arrived at our camping spot around 2pm

I guess it's a *Wait and see what they do* type of thing ;)
