i can see on the website that there is no saving spots for tent camping, but if my party is all in 1 spot, couldn't we all arrive at slightly different times?

It is unclear on the tent camping rules, just concerned if some of us hit traffic...

You don't have to arrive at the same time.. its if you want to be with friends that have a seperate campsite, you would need to arrive together in order to ensure you get adjacent spots.
