Got this from the site. Thought I'd give a head's up for everyone that they've updated the info:
DELIVERED RV?? I have someone delivering my rv.. I am coming later/the next day. How is that going to work? I am nervous.
If you are having an RV dropped off, please have the person delivering the RV provide the RV camping ticket and the rental paperwork (if It’s a rental) upon arrival to staff at the event entrance. The driver will be escorted off the property once the RV is parked. Please make sure you get the location of where the RV is parked in your campground from the person delivering it. If the delivery person has an escort car accompanying them, they may wait for them by the Event Entrance (toll booths).
Please advise the delivery person there may be a line to get into the event to park the RV if they arrive during peak arrival times. These arrival times and wait times may vary.
IF you have a tow pass you can drive your vehicle to park in your RV spot. If you do not have a tow pass, when you arrive to join your RV, please note there is no drop off area. You will have to park in the tow vehicle lot and carry any camping gear and belongings that were not already in the RV to your rv spot. Everyone camping in your RV spot must have a festival pass.
If you require the delivery person to also pick up the RV when you are done camping, have them check in at the toll booth just as they did for the delivery. They will be escorted over to your RV for pick up.

It pays to have your own rv when it comes to trucking your gear to your rv

Sounds like I better buy a tow pass. Otherwise it's gonna be a LOT of trips with the wagon!

Save your money...
We had 4 people show up last year after we were set up and was able to bring each persons stuff in one trip from the RV. The wagon will easily hold a case of beer, sleeping bag, bag of groceries, etc... Then just carry your luggage... Youd be suprised what a couple people and a wagon will carry. With beer, ice, and pizza runs we only went to the cars a couple times a day and i wouldnt say its worth $150 to drive a car in and out for that. Not to mention youll have a damn car parked in some prime real estate.

I also have a wagon so that should help. Especially if two of us go at once.

If you get there early enough, they were letting people in to unload and leave their cars at their rentals. Festival did. But once she left, she couldnt get back in, same for some other friends.
