Also looks like the free parking is further away from both EDI and EDII, so plan on that hike if your going back and forth to your parked cars/trucks... Bike, wagon, etc...

after reading Thom's post in the Tank Top thread, it looks like things will be different this year. The Mane stage has moved, the BBQ booths and competition has moved, and it looks as the car parking for RVer's has moved too. Mane stage is closer to the side stages? the BBQ booths have a bigger area? Am I reading this right? trying to picture this.

The North East Corner of the grounds facing the middle at a angle
Ave 50 and Monroe would be behind the mane stage
Makes for a HUGE space for you all to enjoy the music
The Mane stage can be seen from almost anywhere inside the grounds

BBQ area is smaller only 25 teams this year

Thanks Thom, I'm kind of liking the idea of the new lay out. the Mane stage will have a bigger area, and looks to be closer to the side stages.

"only" 25 teams in the BBQ competition? that's still alot of BBQ food. We only sampled a few last year, didn't even use all our tickets.
And the BBQ teams will be set up, where?

The Mane stage is in the corner where the BBQ was facing caddywampus toward the entrance. The BBQ (I think) will be down by where the Mustang/Palomino stages were. Help?

Right. When you walk in, go through security and the stage was at like, 2 o'clock. Now, face where the stage WAS and make a quarter turn to the right. That's the stage now.
