When will layaway tix arrive?

I paid off my tix on March 1 and still haven't recieved them in the mail. Does anyone know when I should expect them?

I believe this was answered in another thread (about changing mailing address).

I think they will be delivered by FedEx Ground the beginning of April.

why would you put a po box? the website said "Layaway tickets are shipped via Fed Ex ....Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes. "

They don't require a signature..so they can leave in a po box...but even if they did required a sign, they just hold it and put a notice in your box to come sign for it. I have a PO and a home...and I get them in both. Unless it was set up thru TM to not deliver to a PO box.

Our fed ex shipments will not be delivered to a PO Box. We communicate that to our customers. :)

Also paid off my layaway and received my tickets today. Fedex was nice enough to tape them to my mail box. Glad I was home to get them before some one saw the big brown envelope hanging from my mailbox. Super excited, :D

No, tickets purchased on the layaway plan are mailed by FedEx. Mine showed up on my doorstep (no signature required) last year....can't wait to get them this year - another thread says they're already starting to deliver them!

i bought mine on layaway as well and my tickets came a few days ago. I didn't have to sign for them (which was good, as i wasn't home when they arrived).....

My mom and I bought tickets in October when they first went on sale and it was paid in full even though it went through the layaway site for wahtever reason. We still haven't received our tickets in the mail and I have put in emails and telephone calls to get information as to why are tickets have not yet arrived, but haven't heard back from anyone. The concert is only 2 weeks away and we still don't have our tickets. Can anyone help shed some light on what else I can do????

the office is not open on the weekend. they will see your email that you sent on monday and look up your account and contact you back.
