They haven't explained it yet. I think we have to be patient even though I know we're all trying to plan and everything.

ADA RV CAMPING IS LOCATED IN EL DORADO 1
This area will also contain the *ADA ACCESSIBLE section. To camp ADA you must have a state-issued accessible permit.
To purchase accessible camping tickets please click on this icon:
Then click on "request accessible tickets" from that page. For number of "seats" that means SPOTS so only choose 1 for one spot. And for price you must fill in $850/750 or 250 for no power. A Ticketmaster customer service rep will then contact you. You can choose full El Dorado 1 amenity packages as explained below or pick the option for NO power at the price of $250. You can fit as many people into your RV. They must all have festival tickets.
Types of Tickets for EL DORADO 1
$750 (+ applicable charges) - Includes one 20x50 RV space, 30amp electrical and camping amenities. You may fit as many people into your RV as you like. Everyone camping in your RV must have a festival ticket.
$850 (+ applicable charges) - Includes one 20x50 RV space, 50amp electrical and camping amenities. You may fit as many people into your RV as you like. Everyone camping in your RV must have a festival ticket.
$ADA
$150 (+ applicable charges) - vehicle pass. Only cars/trucks with a vehicle pass will be allowed to re-enter El Dorado 1 after your initial check in. This pass can only be purchased along with an RV spot. If you don't plan to exit and re-enter with your car/truck THAT IS TOWING THE TRAILER, then you don't need to purchase this pass. ALL RV’s/MOTORHOMES TOWING A CAR BEHIND THAT YOU PLAN ON PARKING WITHIN YOUR RV SPACE MUST HAVE A VEHICLE PASS. OTHERWISE THE CAR MUST BE DETACHED AND CAN PARK IN THE FREE TOW PARKING LOT. (PLEASE NOTE: RV's will not be allowed back into the campground once they leave).
i thought i read somewhere that everyone had to be present

Yea, I'm wondering about this as well. Like IHML said, I think we do have to be patient and all will be explained eventually (and I'm sure in enough time to make final plans/arrangements)! :)

If you are camping on site and you have your festival ticket, everything will be fine.

So, what's confusing us all Countrygurl is that this means that everyone will have access to the campground. I'm sure everyone has heard how much fun we have there, so there will be more people there than campers. I'm sure the fire marshall won't be happy with that, so you must have some way of controlling access. If everyone staying in a single RV or tent can't arrive at the same time, we are worried that whatever you are planning for controlling that access will create a hassle or misunderstanding. Do I need to have everyone's festival tickets when I check in with my RV, even though they aren't with me then? I know more details are coming -- but its getting really close now.

geez, why does everyone always try and over think everything? you have a festival ticket you will be allowed into camping. it's as simple as that. no hidden meanings, no secret password...

If cooter is right it is going to be bad for business. That will be way too many people in the camping areas...... equaling out of control crowds, theft, and people with motives other than camping and hanging out. I hope goldenvoice has something else planned.

Be nice Cooter.:D
He has a point. The campgrounds are gonna look like the festival if everyone is allowed in as long as they have a festival pass. There has to be some restriction on how many....yes agree you must have a festival pass to get into the campgrounds, but they should be limited to how many an RV purchaser needs/requests...not just to every Tom, Dick and Harry that want's in. Just seems crazy for this huge of a festival.
