I purchased 2 RV spots and a few friends will not be able to make it until Friday night (their loss). I have been to all stagecoach festivals and can't remember if someone comes late on Friday will they be let into the RV areas or do they have to pay additional?

how do they get their wristbands though.... im in same situation. friends have rv spot and get wristbands at check-in. how do you get the wristbands from them??

all you do is show your festival ticket and you get a wristband, it is good for both the festival and camping access, all in one...at least from my understanding.

You may have to meet them at the entry to the campground you're in and give them the wrist bands. Ask for them when you check in (should be no problem) but a festival ticket does not give you a campground wrist band - 99% certain.

you may be wrong there...

Not sure what part I might be wrong about. In the past 2 years (not year 1) For ED 1 you received your camp ground wrist band when you drove in - checking in. They would give you either the number of wrist bands you purchased or the Max allowed under one permit. If people are not driving in with paperwork - slim to unlikely you'll get past the gate keepers with only a festival ticket. I've been wrong before

obviously you haven't been reading up here. from the sounds of it all you will need to get into camping is your festival ticket. it is stated that each camper must have a festival ticket this year...also that everyone attending the fest is allowed into the campgrounds this year. that makes me believe there will be one wristband good for everything.

I have to agree with Cooter. This year it looks like it will be different. They are saying if you have a festival ticket you will be ok for camping.

Below is what info i could copy/paste from the FAQ camping... This is where we are getting our info from.
"You can fit as many people into your RV. They must all have festival tickets."
"Bring your ticket to check into onsite camping. Wristbands will be issued at that time. "
Other copy/paste from the info sheet...
"Check back for directions/map. "
"Check back closer to the festival - more details me be added."
"Check back in a month or so. "
Maybe its time they update this so the question stops coming up. Its definately a FAQ.

also that everyone attending the fest is allowed into the campgrounds this year. .
No so - everyone from the fest who purchases a Camping pass .... and receive a camping wrist band can go into the campground.
It's how they allow and control in and out during the fest for those staying in one of the campgrounds.
Nothing new here - same as past years.....

Actually Cooter's right on this one (as far as they're letting us know thus far anyhow). The only requirement this year is a festival pass to share a campground (you need the initial camping pass but it says that you are allowed as many people as will fit so long as everyone has a festival ticket). In previous years, EACH PERSON has had to pay for a camping pass, even if you're sharing a tent.

So how will they keep track of the one's who are not campers because it is my understanding if your not camping once you leave the concert you can not go back in...only campers will be able to have access to go in & out. If they are allowing everyone who has a ticket into the camping area this could be dangerous for campers belongings.

At this point none of us really know. I IMAGINE how they will (should) do it is when the passholder (camping or RV) get's there, they are asked how many wristbands they will need for their group. That's the only thing that makes any sense whatsoever at this point!
