Info on boot barn VIP tix

I got 2 day VIP tix from boot barn, does anyone know details on this particular VIP area? Boot Barn associates were uninformed about details. Where is this area exactly? Someone told me I would need to buy festival tix to get in before using these and bring my own chair, but I thought all VIP seats had seats to take home. The BB associates told me to bring these tix and exchange them for the VIP tix and wristbands. I'm confused....thought I got a good deal....:confused:

probably just get you into the vip area to the left of the mane stage
(if the location is the same as in the past) where there is a full cash bar, food for purchase, and a bunch of people who are there to be seen as opposed to watching the show.

reserved seating also includes access to the vip area, but it sounds like you need to buy ga tix to make use of your vip access.

what do the tickets actually say? they should say if admission is included.

They say general admission +FC Boot Barn 2 day VIP, but then down at the bottom it says not valid for entry redeem at box office. They also say section GA, row GA0 seat 3C. So this, you assume, is not a place to sit or stand and watch the mane stage, but just a VIP lounge area? I was there last year, so I'm familiar with where the P1 and P2 seating is. Is this in the P1 or P2 seating? Or totally separate and away from the stage? O man, if I have to buy a GA ticket, I'm going to be MAD...they didn't tell me that! I spent a lot of $$$ at boot barn to get these tix.

If you were there last year... the vip area was the beer garden section closter to the stage.... it has a full bar and a shaded area... good food and more restrooms... from my understanding No you do not have tickets to the festival, you will need to buy them... back in 08 i bought the same vip wirst bands for 30 bucks each... didn't need em so i just gave em away... They are nice to have but really i would say if you can sell em try to sell em

ignore joey above, if it says general admission then that means they are valid for entry into the festival. not sure why there is confusion on that. you just have to redeem it at the box office to get the actual tickets that will get you through the gate. you will be in general admission, where everyone brings their own blankets and chairs and sets up a place to sit, the row and seat numbers mean absolutely nothing. sounds like you will also have access to the vip area, where you can also set up your stuff. you will not be allowed into the reserved seating area from what you have said above.

The "general admission +FC Boot Barn 2 day VIP" is a voucher that you redeem at the box office (they will scan the bar code) and exchange for for a 2-day GA pass and a VIP wristband.

I called Boot Barn and they assured me I DO NOT have to buy a ticket to get in, these tickets DO get me in...they weren't very helpful any other details though, so I have a call into Stagecoach, haven't heard back yet.

If you want to sell the VIP wristband portion of that let me know. I have 6 people wanting to get those. Does anyone know how long this is going on at Boot Barn? Is it over?
