Parent or legal guardian

I am 23 and I would like to bring my cousin who is 16. I have a RV permit and would like to know if there is some kind of paper work I can have signed to allow me to bring him. I do not want to go all the way down there and have a problem. Can any one help???:confused:

Are you the legal guardian of your cousin? Bring the court papers the judge gave you and you should be fine.

If you're not the legal guardian the parents should be able to give you a temporary custody agreement which could be certified by the court. Might or might not be acceptable to event organizers, and legal rules differ in different areas but that's the approach I'd try.

Of course if you're trying to take him without his parents' permission then you're probably SOOL anyway.
