Can I cancel my lay-away tickets?

Can no longer go and want to cancel my lay-away tickets and get my payemnts back. They will not answer emails and the person on the phone is no help.

MORE INFO -IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

No refunds. Default on payments will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of your order, however if a payment is declined you will be granted a 10 day window to reply to our inquiry with updated payment info. We will contact you with in the first week of the month if your payment does not go though. All payments are AUTOMATED so don't go in there to make a manual payment. Making a payment manually will not take the place of an automatic payment and could result in you being double charged or charged the entire remaining balance due.

I would call/email ( not like they answer them) but log that you did and keep doing it. I know a few people that got screwed and a few that got it taken care of.

ya it took a while to catch up on a couple weeks of emails after the holidays but it's been maintained at less than 20 or so since.

Of course you cancel. It's a free world. Just don't complain when you don't get a refund.
