Okay guys! i need help! a friend of mine is having a pony party for her daughters 4th birthday. But she wants a cute outfit for her. She lives orange county. Have any ideas... i said boot barn to start. because she wants a "complete" outfit. and is rather picky. so i am thinking like a boutique or something LIKE that.
