Randy Kohrs Band signs with Just Cruzin' Entertainment
NASHVILLE / CALIFORNIA--(PRESS RELEASE)--DEC. 20, 2009
JUST CRUZIN' PRODUCTIONS announced today that Just Cruzin' Productions has signed a deal with "The Randy Kohrs Band" to become their official booking agency. This partnership will help to expand the horizons and the opportunities for both parties will be mutually beneficial in their growth.
Commented Mike Davidson, Operations Manager / Talent & Booking Agent for Just Cruzin' Productions, LLC. in making the announcement:
"We believe bringing Randy Kohrs to our already vast array of services and entertainment will only help enrich our solid foundation and our continued success of working with talented people. We love where Randy and his band are at in their career, being that they are a success, but are still on the cusp of making a full career out of performing. We believe the band parallels our company. Joining the two parties together will help us both build what is already a solid and successful foundation. It's a natural fit and Just Cruzin' will use their great relationships in Nashville to help further the career of The Randy Kohrs Band. We are an event production company that spends a lot of money buying talent in Nashville and believe it's time to use our influence and relationships to further the careers of these talented artists that aren't getting the credit they deserve".
Just Cruzin' Foundation hopes to take the accomplishments of Randy Kohrs and cash in on those for both parties, Just Cruzin' believes they can give him that extra push that they think is needed.
"A talented band should take their time and focus on the music only. They shouldn't be required to handle things like contracts, booking and the paperwork that comes along with that, we know the only way for them to become successful is for them to focus on the music and for us to take over that part of the business for them", says Mike Davidson of Just Cruzin' Entertainment".
Randy is releasing his newest album, Quicksand in January of 2010. This new album is fresh but continues to use traditional bluegrass instruments. On this album, he's added drums, and is tackling a lot of Kohrs originals along with classic covers from Tom T. Hall and Del Reeves. This latest album is due for release in January, 2010 and will be available for purchase.
We are very excited about this new venture and are looking forward to a successful year for both Just Cruzin' and The Randy Kohrs Band. Just Cruzin' Productions is responsible for the Wagon Wheel Country Music Festival in Southern, CA, this featured Jason Aldean, Mark Chesnutt, Gloriana, Mark Wills, Phil Vassar, Julianne Hough, Travis Tritt and 25 other artists that played the 2009 festival including Randy Kohrs. They are also known for The Classic at Pismo Beach, The California Autofest, The Veterans Show in Loma Linda, CA and the Red, White & Cruise at the Auto Club Speedway, last year featuring Jimmy Wayne.
