Let's hear some stories of how everyone spent their Memorial Day weekend.

I already posted one story from camping in the everything thread, but I'll say more here.

We literally drank from 10pm Friday night until we left the Kern River at 4:30pm Monday. Of course many great things are going to happen in that situation. Some of our drunk activities included tubing in a lake, swimming across a very cold and fast moving river, lasso golf, volleyball, beer pong (very very dirty beer pong), flip cup, whitewater rafting, power hour, campfire songs, ghost stories, smores, mixing it up in Downtown Kern with the locals, hiking, rock climbing, wiffle ball, and I'm sure tons of other activities that I was too drunk to remember.

That sounds like a blast feiny. That is a LOT of activities! I would be beat.

I went to Copperopolis with our very own LACB and his fantastic friends and family. All together we had like 20 people, 2 boats, and 4 waverunners. Everybody was great and we drank from the time we woke up until we passed out. We went out to the casino a couple nights (didn't do so well, though not as bad as feiny's Vegas trip). There was a LOT of shotgunning, noodle-bonging, tanning, and dancing going on. Ok, well I was doing most of the dancing. Those boys definitely know how to party! Although poor LACB jumped off the boat onto a waverunner and messed his knee up pretty bad. We had one other big accidnet with his aunt getting cut by the propeller, but both were troopers and still had a good time.

Wowza! Compared to y'all, my weekend was pretty tame. Amy and I took off from work early on Friday and hauled ass to Vegas to see Joe Nichols perform at Stoney's Rockin' Country (anyone ever been there?). It was a fun place and a cool venue/bar. Joe was awesome. During his encore he performed "Gravity" and killed it! Not feeling too hot the next morning (we spent 6 freakin hours at that bar!), we drove home. Yes...we went to Vegas and didn't step foot in a casino and we're ok with that!

The rest of Saturday was spent rehabing. Sunday I went to Amy's parents house and our families had a very casual BBQ. Monday was some simple shopping and hitting up the sales and mentally preparing to head back to work. By the time Monday came around, Friday and Joe Nichols were a distant memory.

I'll host some pics and post a couple here soon. If you're friends with me on facebook I have pics there and a video up.

Good times folks. Chev, did you get some good practice in for wagon wheel?

Nicole, how was Joe Nichols, he's definitely an artist I haven't seen yet that I want to.

Apparently Jimmy Fallon was asking for Memorial Day photos to show tonight on the air. One pic of me got sent in and we have a good feeling it will make it on, so keep an eye out for it. We had 42 people go camping and I had to be the drunkest of the group? Why me?

Wow you guys really partied down. I'm jealous, cuz I didn't. I was in Indiana with a group of non-drinkers. Race day was Sunday. Got to the track early and saw all the celebs, including David Letterman, Mario Andretti, Ashley Judd, and Josh Duhamel struttin' around. Rooted for Danica the whole day. I tried a pork tenderloin sandwich...an Indiana racetrack classic. Not too bad, but not too good, either. Hmm. Guess you have to be from there, and I'm sooo not from there! Sweated like a pig and was miserable for about half the race. At some point the sun finally moved so it was nice to stop sweating. The end of the race it was obvious Helio was way ahead of the pack for first place, and the only race was for second place between Danica and the other guy whose name I can't remember....but she ended up taking third place. Still, that was the highest finish ever for a woman in the history of the Indy 500. Yay Danica!!!!

Why you? Of COURSE you! LOL. And yes, I think I am mastering the art of drinking all day, and still being able to party all night without feeling sick. Although there was about a 15 minute nap in between, I think I was holding my own pretty ok. LACB can be the true judge of that though, but I was in my own head!

My weekend was far more mellow.

Saturday I went to a benefit party at Adam Corolla's house in Malibu then watched the Laker game. Sunday morning I worked out at Sand Dune Hill and that night went to see Dazed & Confused at Hollywood Cemetery with a girl that a friend of mine introduced me to. Monday just hung out at my parents' place and watched the Laker game.

Very chill compared to all you party animals.

Man UncleFeiny, just checked out your FB pictures. Hilarious! Why can't I comment on them??? Oh, and how come I never noticed you were standing right next to me for the SC pictures? I don't even remember meeting you!

It was indeed quite a weekend. I think you can only comment on photos that are in friends' albums, so the only thing you can say anything about is my profile pic (which is the one that got sent into Jimmy Fallon).

As far as the SC pics go, I'm pretty easy to forget, it usually takes meeting people three or four times before they remember who I am.

Gah - my weekend was B-O-R-I-N-G compared to you guys. Yardwork, a movie and a back-country hike. No drinking, no Vegas, no wild parties......

Give me 8 years and the boy away at college and THEN you guys need to watch out!!!
