The people behind me sat down during the whole kid rock performance. Beforehand they said they didn't like him and thought he should not have been booked for Stagecoach. After his set I asked "what did you think?" The guy said that he thought Kid Rock put on a really good show and was amazed.

I just knew Kid Rock was going to be the talk of the town.
Sounds like you are either going to hate him or love him....Just like every other artist out there.

I have always been a Kid Rock and thought he was absolutely awesome. I talked to a lot of people including my family who didn't care for him at all but after were like wow he was amazing!

I think Toby would have been a perfect choice to put after Kid Rock!!!! That would have been AMAZING! I thought Kid Rock's performance was energetic, showed multiple talents, entertaining and his voice sounded better then I had expected. My top three for the weekend: Brad Paisley,Kid Rock, Charlie Daniels Band.

There was an old war Vet behind me and after KR he's like "what was that crap?Who the hell is that...that ain't no kenny chesney'
He was expecting Kenny at the time lol
Anyways, I liked Brad, KR, and ZBB.
I really wish I would have opted out on Reba and watched CDB, she wasn't that impressing(but still good)

Ok that was funny.....
I gotta say reba was a bust photo wise and her performance almost sounded pre recorded.I wonder if that is why we could only shoot from the sound boards..Hummmm...

KR had me and my group of like 10 to 15 friends on our feet his WHOLE set. we were jumpin around, head banging, singing along to every song. Definatly the best of the weekend because it was energetic, entertaining, and just a lot of fun to watch and listen to.

I really didn't want to see Kid Rock when I saw him on the line-up but I had so much fun! I was very surprised! I think my friends and I danced the most during his performance!:D

:p I only went to Stagecoach to see Kid Rock. I am not a fan of country nor have I heard of more than half of the bands that were there. He puts on an incredible show and if I had to "suffer" through the other performers to see him at Stagecoach again next year I would do it again in a heartbeat. He is welcomed back to my desert anytime!!! ;)

hate to say it, but KR stole the show. Sorry Kenny!! Kenny puts on a great show, but his band was so loud you could'nt hear Kenney!! And of course he forgot the lyrics a few times (no problem, maybe a little to much partying??) KR probably should have been the headliner!!!!!!

Kenny and Zac Brown and Kid are friends. I can only imagine what it was like backstage Sunday.

When Kid divorced Pam it was Jess James, Shooter Jennings, Uncle Kracker and Kenny Chesney he went to Vegas with. Can you even imagine!

I think Kid was a great Musician and a great performer and a great singer... I think he could have dropped 2 of the songs since it was a Family event with tousands of kids in the audience... My 13 and 14 year old daughters were discusted with him and asked if they could go shopping until he was done.. I let them go...I did not appreciate that and as I looked around me in the front there were allot of parents with thier young tweens and teens shaking thier head in embarassment... No Lie... so I wish he would have dropped 2 of the songs.... the rest of the set was AMAZING!!!!!!
I LOVED, LOVED LOVED when Miranda sang with him.... and his lights and fireworks were fun and it was very high energy! I just hope that my daughters can erase the crap from thier heads.. Not cool! JMO

I think Kenny put on a good show - BUT - I think that KR was a TOUGH act to follow! Kenny's much more laid back - so it made the show FEEL a little boring, even though I don't think it REALLY was....!

The shock of my weekend was that my MOM really liked KR's show!!!!!

Loved KR! He was the act I was most looking forward to seeing. I've never seen him in concert and I thought it was great! I hope to see him again. I do wish he would of played a few more songs from Rock n Roll Jesus.. only cuz I know if I see him again, there's no way in hell he'll play them.

Rose - fun rockin with ya during his set!!! That couple behind was cute and i liked how surprised they were that they liked him!!

Kid Rock-----Country? Well........No

Did he deliver an awesome performance?............Hellllll Yeah!!

Yeah so it's a "country" festival but hey throw in some rock to stir things
up and get the crowd amp'd - Kid did just that!!

I'm a huge fan of traditional country but was absolutely looking forward to
seeing K.R. for my first time and I have to say "The son of Detroit" did not
let this SoCal girl down! :D:D

Girl it was great hanging out with you...We rocked section 4. Stayed on our feet most of the whole weekend and sang, sang, sang and danced, danced, danced. I'm still very sore and tired. I'm going to need at least a week to recover from this party.

One thing I'm mad at is that I forgot to have somebody take a picture of us.

Well, as KR says in his song, its SOUTHERN ROCK! lol I think that that is what country is turning into anyways

I don't like him.

What's with all the spitting on stage?

He's a punk, not a kid.

Yeah, he is an extremely talented mofo, but, I just don't like him.

My wife saw him at his own concert and said it was way more southern rock than his show at SC.

I just don't like him. Punk.:p

Kid Rock is so talented, it was a shame he had to result to all the profanity and vulgarity, especially since it was not even that late in the evening. There were zillions of children there (14 and under were free) and I thought his performance was a good reminder of why we 50-somethings all switched to country music in the first place....to PROTECT the young-un from that stuff!

I agree, but I was very dissappointed he had to resort to the vulgar song. I felt soooo bad for the kids around us. Thought he would of respected the families this one time. But hey, it is KID!

Everybody knows country music is about evangelical Christianity, sobriety, and righteous living. How dare the Stagecoach organization include an artist that doesn't exemplify these ideals at a country music festival.

Haaaahaha, shut ur trap... So what you are saying is that artists such as Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, or Merle Haggard arent "Country Music"?

What does your Member name stand for after all..??

Anybody going to see Kid Rock & Sheryl Crow next Sat. 7/30 @ Verizon in Irvine? 6 pk lawn tickets are only $21 each!! Should be a FUN time!!

Do you have an extra ticket?

MISSMARIANNE

No ~ but it looks like they still have plenty of the lawn tickets avail. I would just buy a $20 ticket at the gate and not have to pay the $13 fee!
