About a month ago my little sister called our family, extremely excited by the way, to tell us that she was going to be working on hair and nails for the stagecoach performers. She informed us that she and seven other girls were chosen by their teachers because Stagecoach wanted to hire girls from their beauty school. You can’t imagine how excited these girls must have been, and how honored they felt that a huge festival like Stagecoach wanted to hire them. Now imagine how disappointed they must feel, because Stagecoach told them they were a liability issue and can no longer work on the entertainers. I am extremely disappointed in whoever hired these extremely talented young women and then turned around and fired them. If the liability issue lies with the fact that these students are not yet licensed, then I have to ask, why contract a beauty school in the first place? Whatever the issue, I just want to stress that the decision the fire these girl was a big mistake, and Stagecoach will be missing out on some amazingly talented beauticians.

you know what you shoud do? you should post this all over the board. oh wait...
if it's a legal issue then what? what do you want? do you want your unlicensed sister to hurt one of the performers, which will then bring on a lawsuit, which could then jeopardize stagecoach from ever happening again?
at least they reached out and made the effort to try and do something nice for a deserving person. it didn't work out. oh well, move on.
