Picked up my will call tickets tonight and they didn't have the VIP wrist bands to go with the reserved seats (sec 4). How do I get my wrist bands ?

You will show your ticket inside and they will give them there....

You pick up your wristbands at a special booth when you arrive at the concert.

Thanks to everyone who replied. This is from the Stagecoach web site.

All VIP/RESERVED seat wristbands will be distributed at the festival via multiple Wristband/Ticket Exchange Stations in onsite camping, the Main Lobby area adjacent to the Merchandise Booth, and just outside the reserved seating area. ID & tickets for both days of the festival required to pick up your wristband. Void if wristband is removed, No Exceptions. Only children 2+ and under may sit on laps in this section. Seats may not be taken to the other stages although you are welcome to wander from stage to stage and all over the festival. Take home your souvenir seat Sunday night AFTER THE CLOSING ACT ONLY. The VIP area is located to the left of the Mane Stage and consists of shaded area's, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors, and a full bar.

Why do you need your ID ? What if I bought the tickets for friends or family and was not going to the concert ? Will they match the tickets to the name who purchased them ? What if the ID and the person who purchased the tickets don't match ? This is getting way to confusing.

You are probably already on your way.. But.. I have a friend that is not going and she got VIP tickets through Boot Barn... And she has to show ID and use them.. Unfortunately she can't go.. She asked about sending her daughter in her place and they said no, she has to pick them up. What a waste of two VIP tickets.
