does anyone know?

if we brought one of those folding luggage carriers with wheels to lug our bag with our folding chairs around would we be allowed to bring it inside the festival? We have a bag that holds two camp chairs (the kind they allow) but it is just too heavy for either of us to carry all day.
HELP does anyone Know???:D
