I have 4 (total) wristbands - 2 for Saturday (blue) and 2 for Sunday (green). These wristbands do not include reserved seating. (And you would need to provide your own GA ticket to enter the festival.)
However, it does allow access to the VIP area. This VIP area is located to the left of the Mane Stage and consists of shaded areas, couches, extra restrooms, food and beverages vendors, and a full bar. (I believe that a Senior Member indicated that there will be some standing area as well.)
