I just heard a rumor that Darius Rucker will not be coming to Stagecoach...CountryGirl, can you confirm or deny this.

I just figured out what she was talking about....last night when the line up was posted Randy Houser was listed as first up on Saturday...according to the line up tonight he is off Saturday and was moved to Sunday. No acts even start on the Mane Stage until Danielle Peck at 3:50
I don't know where she heard it, was there anyone else that cancelled...maybe she got the name wrong.

I have a really hard time myself telling Darius Rucker apart from Chris Cagle. They look like twins. :D :D

Give me Chris Cagle anyday. The way he sings....my oh my. Plus I met him 2 years ago and he's such a nice guy. (well besides that whole situation with his g/f)

for a pop act, which most of the mane stage artists are, he's pretty good... but comparing the number of artists performing this year to the first stagecoach, I'ld bet they wouldn't fill behind him anyway.

I wonder how many CD's that would take? The LA phone book would definitely be at least a double CD. Expensive on itunes.

He will come. Websites still have him posted for coming. Stagecoach set times also just came out with him posted on the mane stage. Why all the sudden would he drop out.?

I couldn't be more relieved if he doesn't show. This man is far from country music - he's a washed up pop singer who decided to fall back on country because it was more forgiving than the pop scene that left him behind 15 years ago. You can't add a telecaster and lapsteel to top 40 music and call it country.
Give me some Chris Cagle or Dierks as a replacement....
Oh yea, and don't even get me started on Kid Rock.....

I agree 110% on Kid Rock. But Darius R. has some good songs on the album. Gotta give the guy some credit...

please dont post rumors, especially with titles like that, in the line up section. i dont want the first thing people see when they log in to be some random rumor that you dont know if it is true. then every person sees the title and just ASSumes its true. then that is just SPREADING the rumor.
and he WILL be there. im closing this thread and editing the title to indicate rumor
