QUESTIONS... HELP!!!

Ok, so we have about 6 people going who all bought forum camping passes.

We have 2-4 people who did not buy camping passes.

If we buy them "people" passes, will they be allowed to come in and party with us and be able to go in and out of the venue? They will only be there for 1 day (Sunday) and we would like to party with them so I want to make sure they are able.

I am basically trying to make sure the "people" passes are not for RV camping only.

Side question: If we arrive on thursday night, can we set up camp and leave to go to work friday? Will we still have out spots? Most of us are stuck working friday and we want to make sure we all get campsites together.


Also! When checking in to forum camping, do you only get 1 people pass for yourself? Or do you get 2+?

FORUM TENT CAMPING
The Forum area is for “TENT” campers only!

NO SAVING SPACES - Arrive together to camp together

Each camper will have an 8x8 space (aprox. 64 square feet). It is a beautiful serene grassy area perfectly suited for tents located across from the main venue entrance and offers quiet private surroundings. The Forum offers tent campers their own free private parking lot located directly behind the grass line. All camping amenities included. Yes you can visit any of the other RV areas too.

Types of tickets for FORUM:
$50 (+ applicable charges) - Tent Camper People Pass. If you plan on camping in the Forum, EACH adult over age 14 needs this pass. You can share tents or spots but you still EACH need one of these passes to camp if you are over age 14. Kids 14 & under are free with legal guardian.

You can set up and leave. once the spaces are assigned they are yours. People are really friendly, you can ask a neighbor to watch your site when they are there. Last year we watched 2 different sites for people who had to work.

RV people passes also allow you in/outs to the festival along with being able to visit the RV area OR the tent/forum area. Does NOT allow you overnight in the forum/camp area.

Just to clarify:

If we buy people passes from RV campers (I am seeing a lot of these being sold), those will be good enough for our friends who are staying off site to come party with us but not have their own campsite (they can still share ours?)

What do you mean by (they can still share ours?)

They can visit you but not stay.

Everybody staying in the Forum/tent area needs a Forum/tent ticket.

I meant share ours while they are hanging out, not stay over. They will be able to hang out with a people pass, at least thats what I have gathered. Thanks for everybody's help!
