Can my ED2 friends come over to ED1?

Can my friends from ED2 walk over to my spot in ED1 with the wristbands they have? They wanna drink some of my patron

yes. once you have your wristband, you can meander/visit from site to site

what about tent campers being able to visit friends in the ED's? are we allowed to wander as well?
